What Does this urine Test Result Mean?

I just had my lab results recently. here are some of my concerns. uric acid-8.5; ldh-133; reticulocytes-.44; creatinine-.85; mucous ur sed ql-present hpf; ua hgb-.20(2+); alt-23 u/c please tell me the abnormalities as a result of this lab work. thank you doctor..
