What Does this X-ray Reports Indicate? 

My father aged 82 yrs has been Diagnosed by the XRay Reports PA View 1. Blurring of Vascular markings & right dome of Diaphragm- Breathing artefact 2.Left CP angle is obliterated - due to cardiac over lap 3. Rest of the lung fields appear normal 4 Moderate Cardiamegaly with LV Promience is noted 5.Unfolding of Aortic arch noted 6 Right hilar region appera dense 7 Visualised bones and soft tissues appear normal

I really appreciate your concern, the given x-ray report is within normal limit and it need to be correlate with clinical condition for which the x-ray being done hope this information helps.
