Your findings suggests mildly enlarged liver(mild hepatomegaly). It may be due to many causes like hepatitis, fatty liver, metabolic disorder etc. You may need clinical correlation and further investigations. Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, liver function test, renal function test, lipid profile, urine RE/ME. You may need to take few more medicines after complete investigations.
Other findings like gall bladder, both kidneys, spleen etc are normal. Pancreas is not visualized due to excessive bowel gas.
