Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

The appearance of a dominant follicle (DF) depends on the duration of your average cycle. The rupture of dominant follicle is most important event to be recorded in follicular study. The rupture of follicle happens about the 14th day before the onset of next cycle. You may continue the follicular study for day 14 and then discuss with your doctor and take medications to induce ovulation.
