Hi doctor please i need answer now My test : Color:creamish , volume :3.3 ml, PH: alkaline, viscosity:normal, liquefaction:15min, pus cell:10-12/hpf, RCB's:1-2/hpf, spermatogenic:1-2/hpf. After liqefication active motile:50%, sluggish :15%, non motile:35% Morphology abnormal forms:2%. , total number :13.5 million/ml
Your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by presence of pus cells,RBC. Abnormal form means normal morphology of 2% sperms are abnormal.This is acceptable. Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc. You need antibiotics for infection. Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed. You should consult your doctor.
