What Does 39.8 Level Of Progesterone Imply?

hi i m almost 29 years and had a missed miscarriage with twins last December. This cycle was the first cycle since then that I ovulated. I have PCOS and is on metformin. My cycles are about 35-36 days long and now i m in day 31. My ovulation was on day 22 and I had intercourse on days18, 19, 20 and 22. On day 26 vet few discharge was noticed in the afternoon and again on day 29 and day 30. On day 29 I also felt a bit of nausea and extremely fatigue. On day 30 I was tired as well. Could it be that I m pregnant or not. A progesterone test was also carried out on day 28 of my cycle and it resulted to be 39.8.

Well, your progesterone level is normal for pregnancy... but it is way too early to know if you conceived. I know it is hard but try to be patient... If you ovulated you should menstruate about 2-3 weeks after ovulation, and if you don't get your period by then, do a pregnancy test. The fact that you conceived previously, even though you has a miscarriage, is a sign that you are capable of pregnancy and it is just a matter of time and patience. I hope you did conceive and that this turns out to be a successful pregnancy. Good luck, and I hope this answers your question.
