Hi Doctors. Would appreciate it if you could explain my semen analysis and chances of conceiving.38 Years old, 1.8m, 84kg very good health.Volume: 2.5ml,Makler count: 48 Million,Motility: 60%,Round Cells on Makler: 1 Million,Differential count: 40 | 2 | 58 | 0,Functional motility: 58%,Morphology: 5%,Elongated Heads.

Report suggests normal semen analysis.
60 % motility of sperms is normal.Motility should be at least 55 %.
Sperm count is normal.Normally count should be at least 20 millions/ml.
Volume and morphology of semen are also normal.
So,there shouldn't be any problem in conceiving.However,your partner also need proper evaluation.
