What Does 76 BMP Irregular Rhythm And Absence Of P-wave Suggest?
My ecg was done today an the doctor told be to go home as he said it was normal i have just looked at it here is what it says & want to know if he was telling me the truth, i also suffer with health anxiety aswell, 76bmp irregular rhythm, no p-wave found, rightward axis, otherwise normal ecg, unconfirmed report does that mean my heart is perfect & normal?
Hi,welcome to HCM. Irregular heart rhythm is quite common in presence of anxiety.this could be an exaggerated form of sinus arrythmia.Occassionaly this could transform into atrial fibrillation.Antianxiety drugs like alprazolam, will help,in relieving the anxiety.A screening 2 dimensional echo will help to rule out organic lesions. As oh now you have no issues with your heart.Consult your cardiologist for further queries. Thank you
