Hello Satish,
Welcome to Health Care Magic. I read carefully your query and I understand your concern.
From the
blood test report you posted I understand that you have a hypoactive thyroid gland. Your thyroid gland hormones (T3 and T4) are lower than normal, and your
TSH hormone level is elevated in order to stimulate T3 and T4 production, so to compesate as much as it can.
Anti Microsomal/Thyroperoxidase Antibody(AMA) test is primarily ordered to help diagnose an
autoimmune thyroid disease and to distinguish it from other forms of
thyroid dysfunction. Since the result is positive, and significantly increased most frequently it indicate thyroid autoimmune diseases such as Hashimoto
thyroiditis.
Regarding your quesion if there is a cure for it, I would say that there is no cure for Hashimoto thyroiditis, but the disorder is manageable and thyroid
hormone replacement therapy is typically necessary and it has to be monitored and adjusted as needed, in order to find an appropiate dosage for you, not lower or higher than required. You have to monitor your Thyroid hormones periodiacally, in order to have your hormone equilibrium.
Hope I helped with my answer. For further concerns, or follow up questions don't desitate to ask again.
Wishing you good health,
Dr. Ina
