Hi There

Your Bp is slightly on the lower side. As you have been vomiting that could be the reason of your low bp and feeling sick and dizzy due to fluid loss and electrolyte loss in the vomitus. I would like to suggest you to take a sachet of Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS ) and mix it with 1 ltrs of boiled water after it cools down and keep on drinking small amount of it so as to avoid electrolyte loss and keep your self protected from dehydration.
I'll suggest you to take some anti emetics if vomiting is frequent and avoid eating food from market.

Good Luck
