Hello and welcome to HCM,
You are suffering from menorrhagia.
Menorrhagia is menstrual flow increased in amount or duration.
Menorrhagia leads to anemia and low red blood cell counts.
The low hemoglobin levels (11gm% and low red blood cell counts (3.3 million per ml) is due to menorrhagia.
The cause of menorrhagia has to be found out and treatment has to be instituted.
A peripheral blood smear has to be done to assess the status of red blood cells.
Iron deficiency anemia is the most common type of anemia in blood loss.
Iron supplements need to be taken.
You need to consult your gynecologist for relevant investigations to find out the cause of menorrhagia and then treatment.

Thanks and take care
