CRP IS ANON SPECIFIC MARKER OF INFLAMMATION IN BODY ---EG INFECTIONS , AUTOIMMUNE CONDITIONS & ONGOING INFLAMMATORY REACTIONS ---IT HAS BOTH DIAGNOSTIC & AT TIMES PROGNOSTIC IMPORTANCE DEPENDING ON THE CLINICAL FEATURES . CONSULT YOUR GYNO DR FOR THE PURPOSE SHE HAS TRIED TO EVALUATE
