What Does CT Scan Showing Right Pelvic Side Wall Fluid Density With 15mm Cyst Mean?
I had a hyst 10 years ago and only have 1 ovary left . I am 51 years old . The Ct with contest showed rt pelvic side wall fluid density structure measuring 37mm and a smaller rim enhancing adjacent 15mm cyst started having pain otherwise never have had anything with this ovary that I know of .

These CT scan findings are suggestive of a cyst rupture or local inflammation. I recommend follow up with abdominal ultrasound in a couple of weeks and performing some tests (Ca 125, CA 15.3, CEA, PCR, complete blood count).
