Spondylodegenerative changes are changes due to degeneration of the vertebrae in your cervical spin and disc space narrowing. This is seen in advancing age and the nerve roots tha exit through the spinal column get compressed by pressure on the neural foramina due to degenerative discs. This can case mild to severe neck pain.
Small hypodense lacunar infarct in the right cerebellum refers to a small area in the smaller brain where there was a deficient blood supply in the past and the tissue shows mild scarring or gliosis. This is also commonly seen in advancing age and is an expected finding in the elderly.
