Hi,
Inducible ischemia means under some amount of cardiac workload, due to increased metabolic requirement of the cardiac muscle, ST/T wave changes (inversion) occurs during the test.
It indicates a partial obstruction and is the one of the earliest indicators of coronary artery disease. Echo would only identify the chambers filling and valves competency.
Electrical signals is detected by ECG and any changes would be detected. Due to stress on cardia now, inducible ischemia has been detected.
You might need to get an angiogram done to detect the amount of obstruction in coronary vessels.
Hope it helps.
Any further query, happy to help again.
