i have an ECG a few days ago and among the interpretation was " slight inferior disturbance,consider
ischamia,LV overload or aspecific change
small negative T in aVF with negative T in 111

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have some ischaemia in your inferior wall of heart. However no any infarction. So no need to worry. But you should go for complete cardiac function test.
