What Does Epithelial Cell: Nil And Pus Cells: 2-3/hpf Mean In Semen Analysis?

My semen analysis...
Pus cells: 2-3 / hpf
Red cell: 0-1 /hpf
Parasite: Not seen
Epithilial cell: Nill,, ....
Total count 68,000 million
Liqufaction time: more than 1 hours

In epithilial cell the eeport shows nomal range is 2-3 /hpf.
Plz give me a suggetion of this riport

Thanks for posting in HCM.

After going through the semen analysis report you have posted, the following things can be noted.
1. Pus cells, Epithelial cells and Red cells are within normal limits
2. There are no parasites seen.
3. Total sperm count is adequate.
4. Liquification time is prolonged.

But we need to have Sperm morphology and Sperm motility to know amount the fertility.

As of the parameters posted, fertility cannot be commented. But it states that there is no infection that can be noted.
