What Does 'HBsAg Of 2.76' Mean?

Hi! I'm 34 years old having 154 lbs in weight. I have done test for HBsAg and the result was .76 then after 5 days test was repeated and the result was 1.27 and another blood withdrawn from me after 8 days from second extraction and the result was 2.76. What does it mean? Am I positive for Hepatitis B? What is the normal value?

Hello,

Kindly provide me report for giving more comment. I think you are mentioning OD value for HBsAg in Elisa testing. The report mentioned as positive or negative based on cut off OD value. Usually, for HBsAg testing 2.7 OD is positive, but I want to see a report for giving more comment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
