What Does HCG Level Of 725.6 Indicate?

please help me? I found out on 3-25-2011 I was pregnant, last period was 2-20-2011. Went to E.R. and rec'd my hcg level which was 399 the following day I went to another E.R. B/C of cramping and my HCG level was 725.6 Today I was using bathroom when white chunk like balls came out of vagina, and when I wiped it had a pink color on toilet paper! Please Help I suffered 2 Miscarriages and so scared t may happen yet again? What's going on?

HI,
I understand your concern.
Your first HCG was tested hardly after 4 weeks of last menses. at that stage, HCG can be anything between 25 -425 mlU/ ml You have 399 , that is in normal limits. In pregnancy HCG doubles every alternate day.. so your second reading of HCG was also normal.
Now, the point of concern is pink colored discharge & past history of 2 miscarriages. miscarriages at so early pregnancy suggest.. Progesteron deficiency / blighted ovum/ ectopic pregnancy.
* The cause will be clearly evident after 5-6 weeks of pregnancy by USG scanning. Till then, you should-
- Consult a gyneologist & with her advise start taking progesterone supplements along with bed rest,( Expectantly ). avoid physical/ psychological stress. This will mostly stop the problem.
- As per your doctor's advise, after 5 weeks you should get your USG done.. which will confirm the problem.
- Follow the treatment your doctor prescribes following the USG reports.
