Hi
After going through the reports my opinion is
1. Hemoglobin is low that means you are anemic, get a peripheral smear examination done to know the type of anemia, and based on the findings start with supplements after consulting your doctor.
2. WBCs are slightly more than normal, may be you have a infection.( probably bacterial)
3. Raised ESR also correlates with possible infection.
4. Consult your doctor for antibiotics if symptomatic, if not don't bother.
Regards
