Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the liver function tests is as follows:
Total bilirubin, direct and indirect bilirubin are all raised.
These values suggest a disease process in the liver.

The liver enzymes- SGOT and SGPT are within normal levels.
The normal range for these enzymes is 0-40 IU/L.
Normal levels of SGOT and SGPT shows that there is no damage to hepatocytes.
The alkaline phosphatase is very much raised from its normal range (50-150 IU/L).
Alkaline phosphatase is secreted by the biliary epithelium and is raised in cases of stones in biliary tract, ascending cholangitis, mass in the biliary tract or an external mass compressing the biliary tract to name a few conditions.
The total proteins are within normal range.
The albumin is on lower side, however, the A:G ratio is reduced.
This reduction is seen in cases of liver diseases.

I would suggest you to consult a pediatric gastroenterologist for investigations to find out the cause liver dysfunction.

Thanks and take care
