What Does Lt Ovary DF 14.5*11.7 And ET 11.6 Indicate And Chances Of Pregnancy?

I m 26years,marriage was before 1yr 6monts.In the last 6 months i m trying to get pregnanent.Done folliculary study ,last mensus was on decmber 8,but ovulation starts on 30th dec.on 2 jan the Lt ovary DF 14.5*11.7 and ET 11.6.What will be my problem ?Can i concieve this month?

With a dominant follicle in the left ovary measuring 14.5 x 11.7 mm it is possible for you to conceive. The best time to conceive will be 2 days before ovulation to 4 days after it. This is because the egg can still have chances of fertilization up to 4 days after ovulation. There will be no problem.
