What Does MRI Findings Interpret?
I do not understand my recent MRI findings:
Sagittal view of thoractic vertebral bodies demonstrate to appear of normal size & height. Marrow signal is heterogeneous, there are several hemangiomas also present within the vertebral bodies. No evidence for aggressive marrow replacement process. The invertebral disc spaces appear preserved. The thoractic cord shows normal caliber and appearance. Conus medullaris terminates at the L1 level. Axial imaging shows nerve sheath dilatation on the right side of both T7-8 and T8-9 levels. Smaller nerve sheath dilation seen on the right at T10-11 level.
Impression: Benign spinal nerve root diverticulum on the right at T7-T10

Your report suggest that there are several hemangiomas present within the vertebral bodies.These are the benign lesions and are tangle of blood vessels.
In most of the cases it doesn't require any treatment.These are incidental findings.
If they are symptomatic,surgery can be considered,but mostly vertebral hemangioma doesn't cause any symptoms.
There is also benign spinal nerve root diverticulum on the right side from T7-T10 vertebra.
Rest of the findings are normal.
