General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the spinal stenosis issue is nerve compression at the spinal cord level via age related changes or others.

* The excess of lymph tissue is probably fatty pad development as happens in over BMI condition or moderate to severe morbid obesity.

* The later issue needs weight reduction at first instance and later on supportive therapy with consultant.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
