Regarding your scan that showed myomentrial echotexture distorted by multiple mixed echo masses found in the anterior subserous posterior intramural regions I will suggest you have developed a multiple uterine fibroid

In view of this please see a gynecologist specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate surgical interventional procedure which is called myomectomy
