hey i just got tested for stds and i had a result of positive in chlymdia and i want to know what no significant growth and smear not consistent with bacterial vaginosis means? also i took the pills the doctor has given me which was azithromycin dihydrate and i still feel the stomach pain and the sore throat

Welcome to HCM.

No significat growth and smear negative means that you are not having an infection called Bacterial Vaginosis which was investigated for. You treated for Chlamydia with AZITHROMYCIN. Your pain in stomach may be due to the drug effect and sore throat is a common infection that anybody can have.
