What Does Normospermia Mean In Semen Analysis?

Hi doctor, I am Nasir my age is 33 years, my semen analysis report is below:
volume: 3,appearance:normal,PH:7.8, Total Sperm count:60 million/ml,
actively motile:65%, Sluggishly motile:05%, non motile:30%,
Normal morphology:80%,RBC:nill, Pus cell:nill, Fat:nill,Clumping:nill,
Comment:Normospermia, please let me know what does it mean.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You have absolutely normal reports.
Volume,pH and appearance of semen is normal.
Sperm count is also normal.It should be at least 20 millions/ml.
Motility of sperms is also satisfactory.It should be at least 55 %.
Morphology of sperm are also normal.It should be at least 16 %.
It is good that it doesn't contain pus cells,RBC.
So,you have normal findings.
