What Does PAP Smear Test-Negative For Infra-epithelial Lesion Indicate?

Doctor, I just had my PAP Smear test. Findings are
- Negative for infra-epithelial lesion / malignancy
Inflammatory smear. Other findings - Reactive cellular changes of (inflammation Repair)
What do these results mean? I have just planned for my first baby - should I postpone?

A Pap smear,is a test for screening for cervical cancer in women by collecting cells from cervix.
A Pap smear can also detect changes in your cervical cells that suggest cancer may develop in the future .Negative for infra-epithelial lesion means no such lesion is detected by your smear and no evidence of malignancy.

INFLAMMATION can be due to some infection you can get a vaginal swab culture and senstivity and take a course of antibiotics.Pregnancy can be planned.Hope this helps!
