What Does Pus Cell: MANY,Epithelial Cell: MODERATE Indicate?

Hello, I just want to know what is the reading of my lab result. I had gram staining a few days ago and I got the result now.. it says the the following:

Pus Cell: MANY
Epithelial Cell: MODERATE
Gram (-) Bacilli: MANY
Gram (-) Short Rods: MANY
Coccobacilli: FEW

Hello,
the more the epithelial cells, the more the chances of an improper specimen. Urine can get contaminated by bacteria and debris on its way out of the urethra. You have to collect only a midstream specimen. The first urine that comes out is not proper and can give misleading results.
I also have to add that any urinalysis without history information is useless. For example, you may have bacteria in your urine but no need for antibiotics.
