What Does RBCS 5.02, MCV 79 And RDW 17.7 Mean?

Heloo. My Esr is 30. Rbcs are 5.02 normal range is 4.8.mcv 79,much 26 and rdw 17.7. My ultrasound for liver kidneys and spleen is normal. Can you please guide me what is that. I was having headache and double vision. Hb is 13. I m a female age 35, having two c section , last was two months ago. Thanks

I did review your concern.
Your blood report is nearly normal. except for elevated ESR.
DO you have any joint pain along with headache or any other systemic complaint.
Elevated ESR is seen in many inflammatory conditions.
