What Does Right Eye IDD Fovea,possible Glaucoma, RPED, Arcus Senilis Mean?

My Dad receive a free eye test and got a referral to see a ophthalmologist ,but his appointment is next 3months. the following is the results. RIGHT EYE IDD fovea, possible glaucoma, RPED, Arcus Senilis. LEFT EYE Exudes outside macula but within arcades, Exudes IDD Fovea. Can you help me gain a clearer understanding of what his results means. Thank you.

Glaucoma can not be diagnosed by examining fovea. optic disc cup ratio is to be seen. other important test for glaucoma are field mapping, measurement of ocular tension, gonioscopy to examine anterior chamber. in glaucoma there is field constriction resulting in tubular vision. in acute congestive glaucoma there is ciliary congestion and sevior pain mainly slow develop ment of tubular visionarcus senilis is degenerative sign have no clinicalsignificance accordingly you can have investigation completed. if some indication of glaucoma then treatment can be started
