Welcome at HCM
i have gone through your query and being your doctor I completely understand your health concerns....
Raised sgpt and sgot levels occurs in variety of liver conditions. .what is your age? Any family history of jaundice or liver abnormality?
In my opinion you should consult hepatologist do that proper workup can be done and diagnosis can be established.. You need to get your liver function test done along with screening for HBV and HCV...you should also Be tested with metabollic liver disease profile also for autoimmune hepatitis .ultrasound should also be done to look for fatty liver too...

Don't worry and meet your hepatologist...
