What Does SGPT-750 And SGOT- 500 Suggest ?

hellow sir,

my father (54 yrs) taking ATT from last 10 days.

before 10 days, he had consolidation in right lower lob and slite plural effusion was detected in CT scan,

then he took

Levofloxacin 500 IV OD 10 Days

clarithromycine 500mg IV OD 7 days

cefetizimide 1g TID IV 7 days



He had complaints of right side chest pain, cough, high grade fever (102 degree cel.)

now, SGPT is 750 and SGOT is 500.

PCR TB is positive. fever is controll now but have c/o nausea and vomiting and weekness.

what we can do now, plz suggest us?
