What Does SGPT Level Of 450 While Recovering From Chicken Pox Indicate?

My sister is having SLE since 15 years and she is under Prednison 5mg since that time . She is married and have 2 kids and was ;eading a noraml healthy life . Last month she got Chicken pox and also had red rashes all over the body . Chicken pox was cured but then heavy bleeding during menstrual cylce started . On checkup found that platelet count was too low 10000. which is raised slowly now to 50000 after Methyl Prednisone 40mg usage .Still she is in hospital . But again the sgpt levels is 450 and sgot is 55 . What can be the cause

I think this situation is not much related to chicken pox but can be related to lupus. Visit your rheumatologist about it.
