What Does SGPT Of 42 And SGOT Level Of 52 During Pregnancy Indicate?

Hello Doctor my wife is in her 37 week of pregnancy andin her last blood checkup her sgpt level is 42 , sgot level is 52 and alcaline phosphate level is 664 .Doctor suggest to take udiliv thrice a day . Is it veryserious matter? Please suggest, I m very upset after seeing such reports.

do not worry6. nothing serious. this are test for liver function. sgpt and sgot are normal in your case. there is slight elevated alk.phosphatase which suggest jaundice in pregnancy. take glucose powder .avoid fatty food. take udilive.
repeat test after week.
