Hi, Your CPK (CK) level is high and further fractions needs to be evaluated to identify the abnormality. The fractions are : 1. CK - MB - elevated in cardiac conditions 2. CK-BB - elevated in diseases of Central nervous system 3. Ck- MM - elevated in skeletal muscle disorders.
Further history along with medications and fractions of CK, if identified, a diagnosis can be given. Any further queries, happy to help again.
