MY NAME IS ANJANA PAL, 47 YEARS OLD.A SKIAGRAM WITH REPORT HAS BEEN GIVEN ON 16.12.2013 AS " COSTOPHRENIC ANGLES ARE CLEAR WITH NORMAL OUTLINE OF THE DIAPHRAGRAM, CARDIAC SIZE IS NORMAL, LINGS III DEFINED HAZINESS IS NOTED AT LEFT LOWER ZONE, NO PLEURAL LESION IS SEEN " PLEASE GIVE ITS SIGNIFICANECE.
According to reports there are ill defined haziness in left lower zone.It may be due to pneumonia,tuberculosis etc.You need proper clinical examination and further investigations. Firstly,complete course of broad spectrum antibiotics should be prescribed. Both CP Angles are clear.No e/o pleural effusion noted. Cardiac size is also within normal limit.
