What Does Sonography Report- Uterus-anteverted.bulky In Size 81*59*48 Mm) Indicate?

I GET SONOGRPHY FOR MY WIFE & REPORT ISUterus-anteverted.bulky in size (81*59*48 mm). with anterior bulge and empty cavity Myometrium-uneven.there is anterior subserous,fundal 17*19*25 mm fibroid seen on the left wall. 16*18*20 mm posrerior subserous fibroid is seen.Endometrium-10mm cervix-normal Ovaries-left ovary-normal in size & echotexture it measures 31*17Right ovary- normal in size (25*20mm)..no mass is seen.conclusion: uterine-anterior and posterior subserous fibroids.medicine details:RubiredDuoluton LMeftal-spas last two month my wife take medicine but still she not getting rellif from pain also do not know what is the condition inside,can I take unother sonography???medicine is right??????this is cure with medicine how we get pain reillif from this problem pl. answerd

Hi Thanks for posting on hcm.
Medicines which you are using are for iron and pain in the abdomen.
Sonography report showa there are growths in the wall of the uterus in three different positions on three sides in the front on the back and on top of the uterus which are called fibroids and the size matters. Abdominal pain may be be because of these fibroids if it doesn't subside with medicines then they need to be removed by surgery for which I recommend you ti consult your gynecologist who based on the patient condition and preferred procedure would decide what would be appropriate.
