What Does T3 = 2.29;T4 = 11.6; TSH = 2.81 Indicate?

Hello Sir, My son is of 3 years old. He eats too much and becoming overweight. His weight is 25 kg. We have done T3T4TSH test and the results are as below : T3 = 2.29 ; T4 = 11.6 ; TSH = 2.81. Please suggest whether it is normal or serious? Also please suggest the next action we should take. Thanks.

Hi, you have thyroid function test which shoes slmoat normal result. So dont worry for youf thyroid its normal. If you have another problem then go to the doctor and take treatment accordingly. However for thyroid its not needed.
