What Does TSH- 7.24,T3-86.0 And T4-6.40 Indicate?

Hi, am based at chennai and just got my thyroid levels checked. am not able to interpret the lab readings, could anyone help me? TSH ( 7.24) TOTAL T3 ( 86.0) TOTAL T4 (6.40) .... wat do they mean? do i have to take any medications..if so how should i go about it.

The results you reported are suggestive of subclinical hypothyroidism (mild under active thyroid).
Rather to treat it or not it depends on many factors. Please answer the following questions for more information:
-Do you have symptoms of hypothyroidism (weight gain, constipation, hair loss, irregular menstrual cycle if you are a female ect.)
-Your age and other diagnosed pathologies.
-Are you taking any medication for the moment? If yes please report the names and doses.
