What Does Trace Mucosal Thickening On An MRI Report Suggest?

My 67 year old boyfriend has been feeling dizzy on and off for the past 2 weeks. Finally he went to the ER, had MRI of the brain and CT Scan. Everything came back okay except this: Trace mucosal thickening is present in bilateral ethmoid air cells and the right maxillary sinus. What does this mean? He has Afib

nothing to worry about, it will get clear on its own, if he gets any fever then that might be infectious focus you need to take care of by appropriate antibiotics. Afib has a constant risk for stroke, please consult for lifelong anti platelets or anticoagulant measures with nearest doctor.
