Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

There are multiple findings in your ultrasound.
1. There is inflammation of epididymis on right side. This is called epididymitis and will be cured with medication.

2. Right inguinal lymphadenopathy. This is groin lymphnodes due to infection. It will also get normal with medication.

3. Minimal hydrocele. Small quantity of fluid is present. This can resolve by itself if due to infection.

4. Bilateral varicocele. The veins of testis are slightly enlarged and cause pooling of blood. If you have erection problems then please discuss with urologist to treat varicocele.
