What Does Urine Cyt As Benign Urothelial Cells Suggest?

Hello i am 41 years old recived urin cyt results three sepret tests 2 came back saying benign appearing urothelial cells present and 1 came back saying reactive urothelial cells and leukocytes present m69780 alteration of cellular material inflamitory my doctors appointment is only in a few more weeks what do the results mean iwas diagnosed with aan enlarged prostate aprox 50 cc

Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Urothelial cells are normally seen in small quantity in urine.
2. Reactive urothelial cells are seen inflammation of ureter or bladder.
3. Benign and reactive urothelial cells means the infection is the cause and there is no cancer.
4. Nothing to worry. Leukocytes are present due to infection.
