What Does Volume: 4.0 Ml Color: Grayish White Indicate?
Hi I am 33 yrs old. Please see my semen test result and let me know is it normal. Liquification: 30 min Volume: 4.0 ml Color: Greyish white Reaction: Alkaline Viscosity: Normal Sperm count: 80 million sperms/ml Activily Motile: 70% Slugishly Motile: 15% Non Motile: 15% WBC: 4-6cells/HPS RBCs: 3-4cells/HPS Sperm clumps: NIL
Your semen analysis report suggests infection . Infection is indicated by the presence of WBC,RBC in semen.Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen. Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc. You need antibiotics for infection. You need few more investigation like routine hemogram,Semen culture and sensitivity,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed. Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.
Other findings like sperm count and motility are within normal limit.
