What Does WBC 7.30,RBC 4.18 And Hemoglobin 12.50 Indicate?

Hello, I just had a cbc test, and I noticed of low rbc count and high segmenters, does the result mean I am sick? Please see below results:
WBC 7.30
RBC 4.18
Hemoglobin 12.50
Hematocrit 38.10
MCV 91.20
MCH 30.00
MCHC 32.90
Differential Count
Segmenters: 69.00
Lymphocytes 27.00
Monocytes: 4.00

I am 31 years old and often work at night. Does lack of sleep affect the blood test result? I do not actually understand the results, do I have anemia, infection? Please help.
