What Does X Ray Showing Left Lower Extremity Longer Than The Right Mean?

I need interpetation/explaination of my test results and what I should do about it.



Bone length/scanogram

RESULT:



Bilateral lower extremity x-ray



Clinical history: Chronic bilateral leg pain, evaluate limb length



Findings: The right lower extremity from the tip of the proxiamal femur to the tibial plafond measures 81.3 cm. Left lower extremity measures 8.2.5 cm. The mechanical axis is nnormal on the right. There is mild varus angulation of the left knee. There also appears to be mild rightward tilt of the pelvis on this view.



IMPRESSSION: The left lower extremity is approximately 1.3 cm longer than the right. There is also mild varus angulation of the left knee.
