What Does X Ray Result Mean?

what does it mean if xray result says suspicious densities are noted. ancillary apicolordotic view is suggested...
my chest xray result says suspicious densities are noted in both lungs apices. ancillary apicolordotic view is suggested to further evaluate the upper lobes.

Thanks for writing to HCM

There is suspicious infiltrates in both upper zones of lung.It may be due to pneumonia,tuberculosis.So you are advised for apicolordotic view for proper assessment.
Apical region of lungs are covered by many bony structures like rib,clavicle and it is some times difficult to assess apical region in normal PA view.Apicolordotic view is special view of chest X-ray to assess apical region.
Proper treatment depends upon findings.
