What Does X Ray Showing Bronchitic Changes Mean?

HI.. Im Surya..My Daughter sufferes from cough form last 15 days onwords. Yesterday i went to hospital and took the X-ray... No focal lung lesion seen. Accentuated broncho-vascular markings seen in both lung field. Costophrenic angles are clear. Hilum-Normal. Cardia-thoracic ratio is normal Impression:Bronchitic Changes Could you please Interpret the results?
