What Does X Ray Showing Hazy Densities And Fibrotic Infiltrates In Lobes Mean?

I had an x-ray report this was dated June 27, 2015 This are the report There are hazy densities that were seen in both lobes. Fibrotic infiltrates seen in both upper lobes. The heart is enlarged. The aorta is tortous and calcified The hemidiaphragms and costophrenic sulci are intact There are osteophytes seen in the anterior and lateral margin of the Thoracic spine. what does it all means. thank you doc
