What Does X Ray Showing Spot In Heart Of A Diabetic Patient Suggest?

my mother had a heart attack 13 yrs ago she also has diabetes she doesnt see doctors or take care of the diabetes she hasnt been feeling well so today went to a doctor her lab was out of control and they sent her for x-rays and a scan they said she had a spot on her heart and want to do a biopsy next week what could the diagnosis be thanks

I really appreciate your concern, very inadequate information given here and not in proper words, but I could guess this could be some kind of lung lesion and not the spot on heart, and biopsy might have been taken from that only and this could be just to ruled out the malignancy, or bacterial infection and infections too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
